The input data are collected and published to the remote I/O head adaptor and output modules are updated with the data received from the remote I/O head adaptor. The Quantum automation platform complies with "TC" treatment requirements (treatment for all climates) and can operate in temperatures ranging from 0°C to +60°C/32°F to 140°F. Modicon Quantum provides a single environment for deploying I/O modules in automation architectures, reducing spare parts inventory, maintenance, and training costs. This Ethernet Remote Input Output (RIO) drop adaptor has 3 ports with an Ethernet backplane. Its casing provides IP20 protection of the electronics and offers 1397625 hours of MTBF. This module has a weight of 0.554kg. This product meets the needs of our customers from Smart Infrastructure, Water and Waste Water, Consumer Packaged Goods, Mining Minerals Metals, Data centers and Power generation. This product complies with CE, UL, CSA, RCM, and EAC standards and can be used in Merchant Navy and Hazardous areas applications. This adaptor is compatible with both Modicon M580 and Modicon Quantum platforms as Remote I/O drop. It is designed to be mounted on the Modicon Quantum backplanes. The Modicon M580 and Modicon Quantum range offer high performance, scalability, reliability, flexible communication, advanced control, user-friendly tools, and built-in safety features.
