This XCSDMC Coded Magnetic Safety Switch is designed for use as a safety interlock switch for guard door or protective casings monitoring and position detection on machines with low inertia. It has 1 normally open and 1 normally closed staggered contact in presence of magnet. It has a compact rectangular design with a 2 meter with PVC cable connection, allowing for flexible installation. Its B10D reliability data is 50 000 000. Its IP66 / IP67 degree of protection makes it ideal for heavy duty use in harsh conditions. It also complies with EN/ISO 14119, EN/IEC 60204-1, EN/IEC 60947-5-1, UL 508, CSA C22.2 No 14 standards. When associated and correctly connected to an appropriate safety control unit, it conforms to category 4, performance level PL e, SIL 3 as described in EN/ISO 13849-1, EN/IEC 61508.
