This product belongs to the range Lexium SD3 & Motors 3-phase stepper drives and stepper motors. This planetary gearbox has straight teeth, lubricated for life. This gearbox external diameter is 60mm. Planetary gearbox is used as speed reducers, or to slow down motors and increase their torque. It is a gearbox with a reduction ratio of 20/1, maximum axial force (Fa) of 450N at 100RPM and continuous output torque of 44N.m at 100RPM at 30°C. It offers service life of about 30000h at 100RPM at 30°C. It is an IP54 rated product. The enclosure is made of black anodized aluminium. It weighs 1.1kg. This planetary gearbox is designed for Lexium SD3 stepper motor drives and suitable for short-distance positioning, such as labelling. This gearbox is designed in conformity with the requirements of the RoHS directive (European Directive 2011/65/EU, 2015/863/EU, 2017/2102/EU). This product is compatible with Lexium stepper motors, and servo motors. It can be mounted in any position. Lexium SD3 & BRS3, Three-phase range up to 19.7Nm with high accuracy and high torque at low rotation speeds. The SD3 is a universally applicable stepper motor drive. Connect the stepper motor to the drive, set the current and step resolution, it is ready.
