Lexium Cobot is a range of collaborative robots dedicated to assist workers in repetitive manipulation. Lexium collaborative robot has 6 degrees of freedom allowing to perform movements similar to human gesture, relieving him of painful and repetitive operations. This collaborative robot can support a load of 3kg with a operation radius of 626mm. Lexium Cobot is developed to assist workers in taking care of repetitive and tedious tasks, to protect their health by automating assembly lines. Its action speed is 1.5meter/second, its position accuracy is plus or minus 0.02mm, and its operating temperature varies from 0 to 50degreeCentigrade. it embeds 2 logic inputs, 2 logic outputs, 1 analog output, and a built-in torque feedback detection to protect the worker from collisions. It has IP54 rating. It is made of aluminum, and weighs 12kg. The collaborative robot can be used in fast and safe repetitive applications of gluing, machine setting, palletizing, pick and place, welding, gluing. It is certified by GB11291.1, ENISO10218-1, EN60204-1, ENISO12100, ENISO13849-1, EN61000-6-2, EN61000-6-4 +A1, ISO13849-1/2, ISO14644-1/9001, marked CE. This robot is monitored by a controller cabinet, and can be associated to a force sensor base, a force sensor flange, and a camera 2D. It can be mounted in any positions, such as ground, wall, and ceiling mounting. Collaborative robots are working companions of humans, reducing the drudgery of their work. Collaborative robot is a step towards industry 4.0 where the operator will work together with intelligent and manipulable robots.
