SER8300 Series room controllers are used for Line Voltage Fan Coil Unit control with SC3000 Relay Packs. The room controllers rated supply voltage is 7V DC at 2.4watts or 24V AC 50/60Hz Class 2, 4VA. The room controller is colored white and is equiped with a communication port that uses BACnet MS/TP protocol and a PIR sensor. Its Room and Outdoor Air Temperature Display Range is between -40 and 50 oC. The measurement accuracy is +/- 0.5%. The temperature setting range is 12 to 37.5oC for cooling and 4.5 to 32 oC for heating.
