The switches have a factory set, nonadjustable trip point calibrated to protect the molded case switch. The automatic switch can make and break its rated current. PowerPacT P-Frame switches are available in unit mount, I-Line, plug-in, or drawout constructions. This switch has lugs on both the line and load sides. This PowerPacT P, 1200A, 3 pole, automatic switch has a short circuit withstand current rating of 25kA at 600VAC. This unit includes a standard black handle. PowerPacT P automatic switches comply to UL, CSA, ANCE, and IEC standards.
