This breaker has lugs on both cable in and cable out connectors. They are tested and listed according to UL Standard 489 and CSA Standard C22.2 No. 5 02 for circuit breakers. QOU circuit breakers are UL Listed under UL File E84967 DIVQ and are CSA Certified. These QOU breakers are packed in bulk.
