Selection and Training

Each candidate to become part of the Mayer organization, participates in a selection process of personal interviews and screenings. Newly hired associates start with a three-month introduction and training process to make them more familiar with their job responsibilities and with Mayer. The company's goal for each associate is to have 50 hours of training annually.
