Measuring Quality is one of Mayer's first Quality Strategic Initiatives. This process involved many associates throughout the corporation that collect data on a regular basis, plot it, analyze it and use the data to help assure that our processes are in control and continuously improving. We use several SPC data analyis tools, including p-charts, c-charts, XbarR charts, histograms and pareto diagrams.
