Mayer Associates Receive CEP Certification

Three additional Mayer associates have now received the Certified Electrical Professional credential from the National Association of Electrical Distributors. CEP is a certification program for distributors, manufacturers, and others in the electrical distribution industry. Jeremy Cornell, Inside Salesperson at Mayer-Tampa, Joey Dambro, Outside Account Manager at Mayer-Huntsville, and Brad Jemison, Inside Salesperson at Mayer-Birmingham each has earned his certification. To become CEP-certified, the associate has to demonstrate proficiency in skills and must have knowledge of our industry as well as the support of their managers.
Mayer Electric Supply is a wholesale-distributor of electrical equipment and supplies, lighting, factory automation, tools and communications. The company serves contractors, industrials, utilities, commercial businesses and institutions with new construction and maintenance components, parts, equipment and supplies. Mayer is a third-generation, family-owned business founded in Birmingham, Alabama in 1930. The company is also a certified woman-owned business. Mayer serves customers in eight southeastern states with 50 locations and over 800 associates.
