Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA)

EPCRA (Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act) requires certain industrial facilities to report on annual emissions and other waste management of specified EPCRA Section 313 chemicals and chemical categories. If you are unsure whether you are subject to reporting requirements of EPCRA Section 313 or need more information, contact EPA’s EPCRA Hotline at (800) 532-0202, (800) 424-9346, or (703) 412-9877. Mayer does not manufacture any products but will be providing information on this site about EPCRA Section 313 components in the mixtures and other trade name products as they are received from various manufacturers. This serves as Mayer’s notice to its customers under the provisions of EPCRA Section 313.
